The technician will perform routine maintenance on units and common areas, handling plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues to keep the property safe and well-kept. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of maintenance experience, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in handy man, work, apartment or building maintenance
Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
EPA or HVAC certification a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance on residential units and common areas
Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues
Conduct unit turns, including painting, repairs, and cleaning
Ensure the property is clean, safe, and well-maintained
Respond promptly to work orders
