Bader seeks a Maintenance Technician for Winton House, Richland Court and New Orleans Court in Richfield. The role covers skilled building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs across multifamily properties. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position with daytime hours.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Occasional weekends for turns. Compensation $28–$33/hour; licenses like Boilers and CPO are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years in High Rise/ Multi-Family
• 2 years in Pools
• 2 years in Low Voltage
• 2 years in Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled building maintenance including repairs to sinks, windows, floors.
• Maintain grounds and common areas as assigned.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and cleaning tasks.
• Install/repair plumbing, heating, AC fixtures and basic welding.
• Repair major/minor appliances such as washer, dryer, and fridge.
• Troubleshoot issues, replace parts, test and adjust as needed.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs when required.
• Complete minor work orders (toilets, faucets, doors, locks).
• Demonstrate courteous customer service at all times.
• Five years experience
