Job summary

Richdale Apartments in Minneapolis is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team across four luxury communities. You will respond to resident requests, troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and pool issues, and perform preventative maintenance to uphold property standards.

You'll work directly with residents, vendors, contractors, and management, with an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies. Relocation assistance is available for qualified out-of-state candidates.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC certification preferred; boiler license is a plus.
• Training opportunities available for motivated candidates.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to resident service requests and work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and pool-related issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
