Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in property maintenance or related trade.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and appliance repair.
• HVAC-EPA Type II or EPA Universal preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily maintenance and repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Respond promptly to routine and emergency maintenance requests.
• Perform daily property walks to ensure safety, cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents using make-ready checklists.
• Inspect buildings and grounds to maintain safety and aesthetics.
• Maintain common areas, exterior spaces and seasonal prep.
• Communicate with vendors and contractors.
