Job summary

Timberland Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician at Addison at Rossview, Clarksville, TN. This full-time role supports a 205-unit property, handling upkeep, unit turnovers, and preventative maintenance to ensure high resident satisfaction.

You will perform repairs, prevent safety issues, and provide on-call emergency support, contributing to a safe, welcoming community for residents. Local HVAC knowledge and licensing are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of general maintenance experience, residential maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA universal HVAC license required.
• CPO license preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, all major appliances including washer and dryer
• Experience with turnover "make-ready" of apartments
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer proficiency preferred

Description

Ready to join Team Timberland? Addison at Rossview is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our 205-unit property in Clarksville, TN (located minutes away from Exit 8). You’ll play a key role in providing an outstanding living experience for our residents by taking ownership of general upkeep, unit turns, and preventative maintenance.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM, and a rotating on-call schedule (additional stipend compensation provided for on-call shifts).

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range: $25.00-$27.00/hr + quarterly bonuses based on property performance and exceptional customer service.
