Job summary

Sundance Celina is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our 261-unit Celina, TX property. You’ll own general upkeep, unit turns, and preventative maintenance, ensuring a high-quality living environment for residents.

Key duties include responding to resident requests, improving curb appeal, and coordinating safe, efficient make-readies while supporting on-call shifts and safety standards across the community.

Qualifications

• 2+ years general maintenance experience, residential maintenance preferred.
• EPA universal HVAC license required.
• CPO license preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Experience with turnover “make-ready” of apartments.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, amenities, and common areas to ensure a welcoming environment.

Ready to join Team Timberland? Sundance Celina is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our 261-unit property in Celina, TX. You’ll play a key role in providing an outstanding living experience for our residents by taking ownership of general upkeep, unit turns, and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, high-quality results for resident work requests and day-to-day community maintenance needs.
• Take pride in curb appeal by keeping grounds, amenities, and common areas above quality standards, ensuring a welcoming environment residents are proud to call home.
• Identify and resolve potential safety or upkeep issues, serving as a trusted set of eyes and ears to protect the property and its residents.
• Execute seamless make-readies, repairs, and final checks so new residents walk into a flawless home on day one.
• Provide reliable emergency support on a rotating on-call schedule, ensuring peace of mind for residents when urgent issues arise.
• Champion a culture of safety by following all industry procedures, protecting yourself, your teammates, and the community.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of general maintenance experience, residential maintenance experience preferred
• EPA universal license for HVAC required
• CPO license preferred

Schedule

Monday - Friday and a rotating on-call schedule (additional stipend compensation provided for on-call shifts).

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range

$22.00-$24.00/hr + quarterly bonuses based on property performance and exceptional customer service.
