High School or better.
2 years:Experience working in a maintenance role, preferably within an HOA or Property Management environment. Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in order to interact with customers and staff. Must be able to work outdoors, lift, squat, climb and perform a wide variety of physical tasks. Requires use of personal vehicle. Valid Driver’s License.
