We're searching for an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic Maintenance Technician who enjoys working in a beautiful onsite community and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
Ovation at Meridian is a vibrant residential community offering residents a comfortable, connected, and elevated lifestyle. The community features resort-style amenities, inviting social spaces, fitness and wellness areas, and beautifully maintained outdoor spaces designed for relaxation, recreation, and connection.
You'll be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of buildings, building systems, common areas, amenities, and other physical assets—helping create a safe, welcoming, and exceptional experience for residents.
Position Responsibilities :High School or better.
Full time, paid, professional experience working in a maintenance role, preferably within an HOA or property management environment. Working knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical, pool equipment, painting, dry wall and other maintenance skills necessary to complete assigned tasks. Current Pima County Pool Certification (Pool Technician Certificate preferred, will consider Operator Certificate, and will consider training for right candidate). Valid Driver's License.
