ACC Management Group is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician with 1–2 years of maintenance experience to help maintain multifamily properties and ensure residents receive prompt, professional service. Multifamily property maintenance experience is preferred. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, managing time effectively, completing unit turnovers, and responding to maintenance needs, including rotating on‑call emergencies.
Key responsibilities include conducting turnover maintenance, painting, and cleaning vacant units to ensure they are ready for new tenants; providing exceptional customer service and responding promptly to resident maintenance requests; performing snow shoveling and removal around sidewalks and dumpsters; and traveling between properties as needed. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, strong organizational and time‑management skills, and flexibility with working hours and rotating on‑call emergency coverage.

It is expected that all Maintenance Technicians will furnish their own basic tools. The exception would be any specialty terns, i.e., ladders, that are property specific.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
This operates between an indoors and outdoors environment. This role routinely uses tools and equipment and consists of a lot of moving around and walking to perform the tasks.
The physical demands described are those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to physically stand, walk, bend, climb, and use full hand range of motion and finger dexterity to touch and feel. Must be able to reach with hands and arms and lift up to 50 pounds and as needed.
Travel is to property locations using personal transportation. Must also be able to travel to all trainings and meetings arranged through the Corporate office periodically throughout the year.
