Job summary

Isola Group in Chandler, AZ is hiring a Maintenance Technician (A Shift) to support our Chandler facility. You will perform complex troubleshooting and repairs on high-volume automated production equipment, including PLCs and sensors, with emphasis on minimizing downtime and ensuring production goals are met.

The role requires hands-on preventive maintenance, adherence to safety and quality standards, and documentation of work performed. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

5 years of industrial maintenance experience required.
Associate degree or technical education in industrial electrical field.
Proficient in troubleshooting sensors, switches, and PLCs.

Responsibilities

Inspect and troubleshoot production equipment to minimize downtime.
Repair or replace faulty components and perform system upgrades.
Document completed work and assess effectiveness of repairs.
Coordinate with maintenance team for preventive actions.
Respond promptly to emergencies to restore production.
Support Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and safety protocols.
