Zusammenfassung

Isola Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician on D shift to perform complex troubleshooting and repair of production line equipment at our Chandler, AZ facility. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, PLC troubleshooting, and adherence to safety standards to minimize downtime and sustain production goals.

The position requires repair and diagnostic work on electrical systems, sensors, and motor controls, with documentation and continuous improvement participation.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Associate degree in Industrial Electrical or 2-year technical program.
• Troubleshooting experience with sensors, switches and electrical equipment.
• Knowledge of NEC codes for routing and conductor sizing.
• Specialized training in PLC programming/troubleshooting (Mitsubishi, Omron, Direct PLC, Allen-Bradley, PICO).

Aufgaben

• Adhere to safety protocols and comply with ISO, NEC, OSHA standards.
• Perform maintenance, repair and calibration of production and facility equipment.
• Inspect machinery for wear and malfunctions; diagnose issues and implement fixes.
• Respond to breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.
• Implement 5S and Lean/Six Sigma practices for continuous improvement.
• Train maintenance personnel and support emergency response activities.
• Review procedures to ensure parts and processes meet quality requirements.
