Bridge Senior Living in Portland, Maine is hiring a Maintenance Tech to keep our community spaces safe and inviting. You will perform routine maintenance on HVAC, elevators, and building systems, ensuring spaces residents are proud to call home.

This full-time role offers a Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday schedule, an employee referral bonus, tuition reimbursement after three months, a 401(k) with company match, next-day pay, and comprehensive health benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification preferred; CPR certification required or preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance on HVAC, elevators, fire and sprinkler equipment, generator, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cords.
• Perform general and preventive maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned.
• Respond promptly to residents' maintenance requests.
• Ensure vacant units are ready for move-in according to community standards.
