Bridge Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee maintenance and housekeeping in a senior living community. You will monitor building status, coordinate repairs, manage budgets, and direct staff to ensure safety and quality in daily operations.
The role requires at least 3 years of maintenance experience in senior living or hospitality, a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferred First Aid/CPR certification. Work is in-person with competitive pay and generous benefits.
The Maintenance Director oversees all maintenance and housekeeping related functions in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations while upholding the high standards of Bridge Senior Living.
