Job description

AWI Management Corp. is seeking an experienced individual to help maintain a 61-unit apartment community in Bakersfield, CA. Experience in general building maintenance and landscape is preferred.

The position is full-time at 40 hours a week.

Pay range is $25.00 - $26.00/hour DOE.

Housing is not available for this position.

Requirements

Report violations of lease and house rules
