Job description

AWI Management Corp. is seeking an experienced individual to help maintain a 60-unit community in Needles, CA. Experience in general building maintenance and landscape are preferred.

The position is full-time at 40 hours a week.

Required to live on-site.

Requirements

• Reliable Transportation
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Access to a personal smartphone with email, messaging and app functionality. Usage will be reimbursed.

This position requires the ability to operate a motor vehicle as an essential function of the job. A valid driver's license is required. • Maintain good public relations with residents and vendors
• Assist with annual apartment inspections and identifying action items
• Report violations of lease and house rules
• Timely completion of maintenance requests, work orders and ensure tenant's maintenance needs are being met
• Work with manager to schedule vendors and order necessary supplies
• Perform preventative maintenance duties
• Maintaining excellent curb appeal
• Follow policies and procedures
