Job description

AWI Management Corp. is seeking an experienced individual to help maintain a 60-unit apartment community in Needles, CA. Experience in general building maintenance and landscape is preferred.

The position is full-time at 40 hours a week.

Pay range is $26.00 - $27.00/hour DOE.

Living on-site is required for this position.

Requirements:

Reliable Transportation

Authorized to work in the United States

Access to a personal smartphone with email, messaging and app functionality.Usage will be reimbursed.

This position requires the ability to operate a motor vehicle as an essential function of the job. A valid driver's license is required.
