AWI Management Corp. is seeking an experienced individual to help maintain a 40-unit apartment community in Parlier, CA. Experience in general building maintenance and landscape is preferred.

The position is full-time at 32 hours a week.Pay range is $24.00 - $25.00/hour DOE.Housing is not available for this position.

Requirements:

• Reliable Transportation
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Access to a personal smartphone with email, messaging and app functionality. Usage will be reimbursed.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license. Employees who use a personal vehicle for work-related travel are reimbursed in accordance with Company policy. Reasonable accommodations will be considered in accordance with applicable law.

• Report violations of lease and house rules
• Timely completion of maintenance request, work orders and ensure tenant's maintenance needs are being met
• Work with manager to schedule vendors and order necessary supplies
• Perform preventative maintenance duties
• Maintaining excellent curb appeal
• Follow policies and procedures
