Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain good public relations with residents and vendors.
• Assist with annual apartment inspections and identifying action items.
• Report violations of lease and house rules.
• Timely completion of maintenance request, work orders.
• Work with manager to schedule vendors and order necessary supplies.
• Perform preventative maintenance duties.
• Maintaining excellent curb appeal.

AWI Management Corp. is seeking an experienced individual to help maintain a 44-unit apartment community in Wasco, CA. Experience in general building maintenance and landscape is preferred.

The position is full-time at 40 hours a week.

Pay range is $25.00 - $26.00/hour DOE.

Housing is not available for this position.

Requirements:

• Reliable Transportation
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Access to a personal smartphone with email, messaging and app functionality. Usage will be reimbursed.

This position requires the ability to operate a motor vehicle as an essential function of the job. A valid driver's license is required.
