Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance requests and work orders promptly
• Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, cleaning, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Assist with preventative maintenance to keep building systems in good condition
• Maintain grounds and landscaping for curb appeal
• Assist with annual apartment inspections and identify maintenance needs
• Coordinate with Property Manager to order supplies and liaise with vendors
• Maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and staff
• Report lease or house rule violations when observed
• Respond to emergency maintenance situations
• Follow company policies and procedures

WhatYou'llDo

As the Maintenance Technician, you will help ensure the property is wellmaintained, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Completing maintenance requests and work ordersin a timely manner
• Performing general maintenance tasks including painting, cleaning, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
• Assistingwith preventative maintenance to ensure building systemsremainin good working condition
• Maintaining the grounds and landscaping to support strong curb appeal

• General groundskeeping and landscaping experience

Basic Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the United States
