The position is part-time (Mon-Fri, 20 hours) and requires reliable transportation, legal authorization to work in the United States, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and landscaping for curb appeal.
• Assist with annual apartment inspections and identify needs.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager to order supplies and manage vendors.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and staff.
• Report lease or house rule violations when observed.
• Respond to emergency maintenance situations.
• Follow company policies and procedures.

WhatYou'llDo

As the Maintenance Technician, you will help ensure the property is wellmaintained, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Completing maintenance requests and work ordersin a timely manner
