Job summary

Responsibilities

AWI Management Corp. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain a 132 unit apartment community in El Cajon, CA. Experience in general building maintenance and landscape is preferred.

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week.

Starting pay is $22.00 - $25.00/hour DOE

Housing is not available with this position.

Requirements:

• Reliable Transportation
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Access to a personal smartphone with email, messaging and app functionality. Usage will be reimbursed.
• This position requires the ability to operate a motor vehicle as an essential function of the job. A valid driver's license is required.
