Job summary
A property management company in El Cajon is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain a 132 unit apartment community. The role requires good communication and organizational skills, general building maintenance capabilities, and the ability to manage tenant relations professionally. Additional qualifications include experience with subsidized housing, access to reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license. The position offers full-time hours at a pay rate of $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience. Housing is not provided with this role.
