Job description

AWI Management Corp. is seeking an experienced individual to help maintain an 81-unit apartment community in Moreno Valley, CA. Experience in general building maintenance and landscape is preferred.

The position is full-time at 40 hours a week.

Pay range is $24.00 - $26.00/hour DOE.

Housing is not available for this position.

Requirements
