Job summary

NRP Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Cleveland, OH market-rate properties, The Collins or Library Lofts. Under the Maintenance Supervisor, you will perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial tasks to maintain curb appeal and quality of apartments.

Must have high school diploma; 3–4 years maintenance experience; CFC certification preferred; ability to respond to service requests; strong reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CFC Universal Certification preferred; must be attained within 90 days of hire.
• 3–4 years of maintenance experience.
• Computer proficiency preferred.
• Reliable transportation for essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services as assigned.
• Assist with maintenance of storage area and maintenance materials.
• Perform refurbishing and renovation of apartments per company standards.
• Walk the property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality of apartments.
• Notify Community Manager of safety concerns and participate in safety meetings.
• Complete all service requests in accordance with company standards.
