NRP Group in Cleveland, OH, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Brand New Ambler property. You will oversee all maintenance and repair services, ensure curb appeal, handle preventative maintenance, and respond to resident requests under the Community Manager's direction.

We are looking for 5+ years of apartment maintenance experience, a High School diploma, CFC certification, and strong computer skills (MS Office; Yardi preferred).

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; CFC Universal Certification.
• Sufficient knowledge to perform maintenance assessment to Maintenance Supervisor standards.
• 5+ years of maintenance and repair experience in apartment communities.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and oversee all aspects of maintenance of the community.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance and inspections; manage janitorial and night lighting audits.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting per NRP policy.
• Conduct daily property walk-through to uphold curb appeal and safety.
• Coordinate apartment turns and renovations; assist with move-outs.
• Monitor expenses and recommend cost-saving strategies; manage inventories and equipment.
