Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Cleveland, OH market-rate properties, The Collins or Library Lofts. Under supervision, you will perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial tasks to maintain curb appeal and apartment quality.

Respond to service requests, assist with renovations, ensure safety, and support resident satisfaction. Requires a high school diploma and 3–4 years of maintenance experience; CFC certification preferred within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CFC universal certification preferred and must be attained within 90 days.
• 3–4 years of maintenance experience.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services.

• Walk the property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality.
