Job summary

TREK Development Group in Pittsburgh seeks a Maintenance Technician for East Hills properties (313 units). You will perform inspections and basic repairs, and handle preventative maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.

Role requires a High School diploma or GED, 2+ years of multi-site/multi-property experience, and a valid driver’s license. Sign-on bonus of $500 is offered; after 90 days you may opt into a 4x10 schedule or Tue-Sat.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent
• Two years of multi-site, multi-family property operations experience preferred
• Two years of hands-on experience in trades (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical)
• Valid driver’s license required
• Background check and child abuse clearances required

Responsibilities

• Prepare and repair vacant apartments for new residents
• Respond to service requests and on-call emergencies promptly
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks
• Paint, carpentry, and drywall repairs per required protocol
• Maintain exterior property grounds and assist with snow removal
• Complete work orders promptly per company policies
• Provide preventative maintenance for building systems and components
• Be aware of utility cut-offs and sewer cleanouts
• Available for weekend, on-call, and emergency duties
