Job summary

TREK Development Group, a Pittsburgh-based real estate development firm, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Grandview South & Cedarwood Homes portfolio of 77 units. You will inspect, diagnose, and perform repairs across HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and general maintenance to ensure high-quality living spaces.

Under the Community Manager, you will handle work orders, on-call emergencies, and preventative maintenance while contributing to curb appeal and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of multi-site, multi-family, multi-property operational management experience.
• Two years of hands-on experience in trades – plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical repairs.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Child abuse clearances and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and perform repairs to vacant apartments for new residents.
• Respond to service requests and on-call emergencies in a timely manner.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and related components.
• Paint, carpentry, and drywall repairs as needed; follow safety protocols.
• Maintain property exterior and grounds for curb appeal and upkeep.
