Job summary

TREK Development Group in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a passionate Maintenance Technician for Grandview Pointe, a 54-unit community. You will perform inspections, basic repairs, and preventative maintenance to ensure high-quality service and safety.

Under the Community Manager, you will handle repairs to vacancies, respond to service requests, and work on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and related tasks. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered after 30 days.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; trade certifications preferred.
• Minimum two years of multi-site, multi-family property management experience.
• Two years of advanced hands-on experience in trades (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and repair vacant apartments for new residents.
• Respond to service requests and on-call emergencies promptly.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, doors, appliances and fixtures.
• Provide preventative maintenance for building systems and components.
• Assist in exterior property maintenance and snow removal.
• Complete work orders promptly per company policies.
