• Coordinate with the Property Manager to obtain vendors and supplies.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and staff.

As the Maintenance Technician, you will help ensure the property is wellmaintained, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assistingwithpreventative maintenance to ensure building systemsremainin good working condition
