Your Opportunity

If you have the skill set to increase the available time of machines and apply both preventative and corrective maintenance, then we need you on our team! We are looking for someone who can follow the work plans established by the department and react immediately in the event of any equipment failure to ensure the continuous operation of our equipment. In addition, you would also be responsible for:

• Repairing breakdowns/disturbances of production equipment with mechanic, hydraulic, and pneumatic components, including the replacement of spare parts.
• Verifying the operational capability of production equipment.
• Installing and moving machinery and equipment to effect layout changes as required.
• Supporting the setup and launch of new production equipment and conducting final inspections.
• Supporting continuous improvement measures.
• Keeping the production work area neat and clean while performing repairs, preventative maintenance, etc., and cleaning up the area before leaving when the job is completed.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Leader.
• Providing support to all activities assigned by the direct supervisor.

Bonus: This plan provides a financial reward of up to 5% of gross earnings when plant performance for Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery meet or exceed the established targets.
