Associate Maintenance Technician - 3rd shift

Position Summary

Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on electro-mechanical manufacturing equipment. Responsible for preventive maintenance, repairs, installation, and system checks, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.

Essential Functions

• Assist in moving, setup, and leveling of machines
• Perform daily preventive maintenance
• Lubricate and ensure operational status of machinery, install guards as needed
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical malfunctions, support repairs, coordinate with vendors
• Use maintenance tools and equipment for machining and repairs
• Perform general building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and sheet metal work
• Adhere to company and regulatory standards and codes
• Maintain professional and ethical conduct in all interactions
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to operate maintenance and machining equipment
• Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of maintenance processes
• Less than 1 year of related experience preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to operate a forklift and obtain a forklift license

Physical Demands

• Sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling
• Regularly lift/move up to 10 pounds; occasionally up to 25 pounds
• Necessary vision abilities including close, distance, and peripheral vision
