LBA Hospitality seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep the hotel safe, functional, and inviting for guests. You will perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and routine tasks while delivering friendly, professional service.

The role is on-site with scheduling flexibility, including nights and weekends. Requirements include a high school diploma, knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing, and the ability to work with hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and preventative maintenance.
• Knowledge of hand and power tools and safe operating practices.
• Dependable, service-focused, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs throughout the hotel.
• Troubleshoot and assist with electrical, HVAC, plumbing, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Maintain hotel grounds and ensure maintenance equipment is in proper working condition.
• Complete assigned maintenance documentation.
• Identify and immediately report or correct hazardous conditions.
• Follow all safety, security, and brand standards.
• Assist guests professionally and protect guest privacy.
• Assist with houseman duties when assigned.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Physical & Scheduling Requirements

• Must be able to push/pull up to 100 lbs. and lift/carry up to 60 lbs. unassisted.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and bend, reach, climb ladders, crawl, and kneel.
• May work outdoors in hot or cold conditions.
• Must have scheduling flexibility, including nights and weekends.
• This is an on-site hotel position.
