Job summary

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance and repair at the 3300 Tamarac community in Denver, CO. You will lead maintenance staff, ensure safety, and coordinate preventive maintenance with the property manager.

The role offers hourly pay of $36-$43 DOE, monthly bonuses, generous PTO and holidays, and comprehensive benefits, including 401K, medical/dental/vision, life insurance, and more. Anticipated start in September 2026.

• Experience in all trades is required.
• Must be a team player with a superior customer service attitude.

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all aspects of maintenance and repair at our community, 3300 Tamarac in Denver, CO! As a Maintenance Supervisor your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Diagnosing and performing or delegating minor and routine maintenance
• Overseeing and inspecting work performed by maintenance staff
• Assisting manager in coordinating and directing the maintenance staff and scheduling of maintenance personnel
• Conducting regularly scheduled safety meetings
• Maintaining accurate records regarding preventive maintenance requests and expenditures
• Coordinating or performing equipment maintenance and more!

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor preferred!
• Must have maintenance experience with at least 150 units!
• Must have experience in all trades.
• Must be a team player with a superior customer service attitude.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation and Benefits

• $36-$43/hour DOE
