Job summary

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance and repair at our Denver community. You will supervise staff, manage resident service requests, and ensure safety and preventive maintenance across the property at 3300 Tamarac in Denver, CO.

Qualified candidates have at least 2 years as a Maintenance Supervisor, experience with at least 150 units, and a background in all trades. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor is preferred.
• Maintenance experience for properties with 150+ units is required.
• Experience across multiple trades is necessary.
• Must be a team player with strong customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform or delegate routine maintenance.
• Oversee and inspect work by maintenance staff.
• Manage system for handling resident service requests.
• Coordinate maintenance staff and schedule personnel.
• Hold regular safety meetings and maintain records of preventive maintenance and expenditures.
• Coordinate or perform equipment maintenance and related tasks.

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all aspects of maintenance and repair at our community, 3300 Tamarac in Denver, CO!

As a Maintenance Supervisor your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Diagnosing and performing or delegating minor and routine maintenance
• Overseeing and inspecting work performed by maintenance staff
• Managing system for handling resident service requests
• Assisting manager in coordinating and directing the maintenance staff and scheduling of maintenance personnel
• Conducting regularly scheduled safety meetings
• Maintaining accurate records regarding preventive maintenance requests and expenditures
• Coordinating or performing equipment maintenance and more!

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor preferred!
• Must have maintenance experience with at least 150 units!
• Must have experience in all trades.
• Must be a team player with a superior customer service attitude.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation And Benefits

• $36-$43/hour DOE
