Job summary

Ackermann Group, Patchen Oaks Apartments in Lexington, KY, seeks a full-time Maintenance Technician 3 to troubleshoot and repair pools, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliances across a 192-unit community.

Responsibilities include scheduling turnovers, managing inventory, supporting resident service requests, assisting with snow events, responding to after-hours emergencies, and using Ackermann software to document maintenance activities while upholding the preventative maintenance plan.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related maintenance experience.
• EPA Type I & II certification required.
• CPO and CAMT certifications preferred.
• Aquatherm system experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior/exterior maintenance and light janitorial tasks.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, HVAC and painting.
• Schedule unit turnovers with approved contractors and manage inventory.
• Address resident service requests and participate in snow removal.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and support preventative maintenance plan.
