Job summary

BRG Realty Group, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for apartment communities across Kentucky, Ohio and Indiana. The role requires hands-on work in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC maintenance, and preventive upkeep to meet safety and appearance standards for BRG communities in Lexington and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities include quick response to resident requests, troubleshooting, and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience.
• EPA/HVAC certification required.
• Driver's license and auto insurance.
• Must participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and perform repairs.
• Repair/replace faucets, pipes, water heaters, toilets, appliances.
• HVAC maintenance and preventive checks.
• Paint touch-ups and drywall repair as needed.
• Install locks and perform safety maintenance.
