Ackermann Group seeks a Maintenance Technician 3 for the Arbors at Turnberry in Pickerington, Ohio. This full-time, on-site role focuses on maintaining pools, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems, with a strong emphasis on resident service and safety.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and coordinate with contractors, manage inventory for turnovers, and participate in preventative maintenance. A valid driver's license and EPA Type I & II certification are required; CAMT/CPO are a plus.

Formación

• Must be available to work full-time, Mon–Fri 8:00am–5:00pm with on-call rotation.
• 1+ years of related maintenance experience.
• EPA Type I & II certification required (EPA license).
• CPO and CAMT certifications are a plus.
• Aquatherm system experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and team-oriented attitude are essential.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform interior and exterior building and grounds maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance, HVAC, and painting tasks.
• Schedule unit turnovers with contractors and manage related inventory.
• Address resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance tasks.
• Assist with snow removal and emergency after-hours calls as needed.
• Manage pool water (if applicable) and participate in move-in/out inspections.
