Job summary

Fall River Die Cast seeks a Maintenance Technician Level 3 to join our growing manufacturing team. This hands-on role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and preventive maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems, with responsibilities spanning multiple areas of expertise.

Qualified candidates typically have 5+ years of experience in maintenance and are willing to learn new skills. Owning a toolbox is required as you contribute to a fast-paced production environment on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance role requiring troubleshooting, repair and preventative maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Must have experience in multiple areas from the following: mechanical, hydraulics/pneumatics, fabrication, CNC machinery, electrical systems, automation.
• Willingness to learn new skills and work both independently and in a team.

Position: Maintenance Technician 3

Pay: Starting $30+ hourly compensation based on experience and qualifications.

Work Schedule: 1st shift but hours may vary depending on production requirements. Overtime as scheduled. On-call as scheduled.

Reports to: Maintenance Lead Technician

As a Maintenance Technician Level 3 you will be joining a dynamic team at a growing manufacturing company as a member of the maintenance department. This is a hands-on shop floor position that is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and preventative maintenance of our mechanical and electrical systems and machinery. Working experience in 3 of the 6 following areas with basic knowledge of the others is required:

• Mechanical systems
• Hydraulics/Pneumatics
• Fabrication
• CNC Machinery
• Electrical systems (480, 120, 24)
• Automation (PLC, Robotics)

A successful candidate should have about 5+ years of education and/or work experience in a maintenance related field. Die casting or foundry experience a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right team member in less proficient areas, so the candidate must be willing to learn new skills to grow within the team. The candidate must have a positive attitude and be able to work effectively in both team and individual settings. Must provide own tools/toolbox.
