Job description

Job brief:

Natura Destinations is seeking an experienced year-round Maintenance Technician to add to our team.

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the integral safety, cosmetic appearance, and mechanical function of the buildings, both interior and exterior, and grounds of our properties.

Necessary skills, with an emphasis in carpentry, should include basic knowledge of:

• electrical
• HVAC
• plumbing
• mechanical equipment
• appliance repair
• painting
• flooring
• general building maintenance
• pool maintenance

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Preventative maintenance of Guest rooms such as painting, plumbing repair, battery replacement, smoke detector checks, and HVAC cleaning
• Repair items brought to attention by resort guests
• Perform minor building and equipment preventative maintenance tasks
• Assist in maintaining the pools and Lagoon areas
• Maintain the grounds, landscaping, outbuilding and parking areas in a clean, neat, safe, and attractive manner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $23.00 per hour
