Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift)

Core Linen Services is a leader in hospital and hospitality laundry processing services across the country, focusing on service, quality, and safety to enable our clients to provide essential services. Operating in over 20 states, it is a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital, based in Miami, FL.

We are seeking dedicated candidates to join our 2nd Shift Engineering Maintenance Team due to business growth. Immediate openings for Maintenance Technicians on 2nd Shift!

• Location: 9905 S. 13th Street, Oak Creek, WI 53154 (Online applications only)
• Schedule: Full-time; 4 PM - 12:30 AM. Various schedule options available; more details during interview.
• Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing troubleshooting environment
• Pay Rate: $25.00 - $35.00/hr depending on experience plus shift differentials

Job Summary

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, monitor equipment during production, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot issues such as jams, belt problems, or tape issues on laundry equipment. Seek technical assistance when needed.

Responsibilities

1. Perform preventive maintenance on equipment as scheduled.
2. Complete repairs promptly and efficiently, including overhead rail and conveyor systems.
3. Assist technical staff and vendors as needed.
4. Maintain maintenance logs and report issues.
5. Notify supervisors about equipment status impacting production.
6. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently; motivated, punctual, and communicative.
• Ability to operate tools safely and adhere to safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and working on hot equipment.
• Knowledge of machinery, mechanical drive systems, conveyor, and overhead rail systems repair and maintenance.
