Our dairy cooperative is seeking a Maintenance Technician at our Middlebury, VT location on second shift (3:30pm-11:30pm), Tuesday-Saturday.
Starting rates range from $24.91-29.82, with placement based on skill/knowledge. There are multiple levels within the range and opportunities to learn and grow. Plus, a 7% night differential (for hours worked between 3pm-11pm) with increases every 6 months for 2 years based on performance.
The selected individual will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing production equipment, as well as performing preventative maintenance to minimize disruptions to production.
