Our client is seeking Production Maintenance Technicians to join their team. This is a contract-to-hire position. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will work with a strong team of production leaders to ensure smooth daily production. You will focus on troubleshooting and repair for one of the country’s largest poultry producers.

Job Details

• Title: Production Maintenance Technician - 2nd & 3rd Shift
• Location: Fairfield, OH
• Pay Range: Up to $37 per hour (Three pay levels available)
• Shift: 2nd Shift 2:30pm-11:00pm & 3rd Shift 11:00pm-7:30am, with one weekend shift generally required

Responsibilities

• Repair manufacturing equipment
• Replace basic component parts on equipment
• Perform mechanical diagnostics and repairs
• Repair wire belts and plastic conveyors; sprocket alignment and installation
• Work with a team to ensure equipment is operational
• Perform daily preventative and predictive maintenance
• Record and document maintenance activities

Requirements

• 3-5 years of manufacturing equipment repair experience
• Ability to replace basic component parts
• Mechanical diagnostics and repair experience
• Knowledge of wire belt and plastic conveyor repairs, sprocket alignment and installation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
