Our dairy cooperative is seeking a Maintenance Technician at our Middlebury, VT location on second shift (3:30pm-11:30pm) Tuesday-Saturday.
Starting rates range from $24.91-29.82. Placement in range is based on skill/knowledge. There are multiple levels of maintenance within the range and above the range and a lot of opportunity to learn and grow. Plus, there is a 7% night differential (based on actual hours worked; 3p-11p is eligible of the 7% night differential) with increases every 6 months for 2 years (based on performance).
The selected individual will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairs of production equipment as well as performing preventative maintenance to ensure there are minimal disruptions to production.
