Job summary

Nor-Am Cold Storage is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and adjustments on production line equipment including conveyors, case erectors, sealers, and scales. You will maintain motors and gearboxes and handle light electrical tasks.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in manufacturing, PLC experience preferred, and may hold professional certifications. Weekend rotations apply, with competitive pay and benefits listed by the employer.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with PLC highly preferred.
• Professional Certifications preferred but not required.

• Regularly PM, repair and make adjustments to production line equipment such as conveyors, case erectors, sealers and scales.
• Maintain, repair and replace motors and gearboxes.
• General building maintenance including light electrical.
• Occasional repairs on material handling equipment.
• Work with production leaders to improve efficiency of equipment and lines.

Monday - Friday 3:00pm to 11:30pm & Weekend Rotations

Preferred Experience and Education
