Staffing Service USA is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves hands-on troubleshooting and repair of automated production equipment across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, servo, and sensor systems.
You will perform preventive maintenance, equipment setups, and inspections to ensure uptime and quality.

Responsibilities for the Manufacturing Maintenance Technician Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain production machinery to maximize equipment uptime and meet production requirements. Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting involving motors, drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, sensors, servo systems, and temperature controls. Complete equipment setups, adjustments, preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections accurately and efficiently. Support equipment reliability through condition monitoring, thermography, lubrication, defect elimination, and preventive maintenance activities. Partner with engineering and production teams to reduce downtime, improve equipment performance, and increase productivity, quality, and safety. Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and safely operate forklifts and high-lift equipment as required.
