Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a large food processing client in Barron, Wisconsin. The role is full-time, on-site, with 2nd or 3rd shifts (2 PM–10:30 PM or 10 PM–6:30 AM, M-F with overtime eligibility).

You will handle preventative maintenance on packaging gear and resolve daytime equipment errors. The position includes a benefits package and a paid training program at Multivac School in Kansas, with potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Industrial and/or electrical maintenance experience required.
• PLC troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Ability to work on a team or independently.
• Education: Associate degree or high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on packaging equipment.
• Address and service equipment errors from earlier in the day.
• Support continuous operation during 2nd or 3rd shift.
