Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in industrial maintenance or technical degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of PLC, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair, and replace industrial processing and packaging machinery, tools and equipment.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues and support equipment modifications.
• Perform uptime and downtime preventative maintenance and participate in root cause analysis (Why, Why).
• Support Continuous Improvement initiatives to increase platform performance and train new employees.
