Responsibilities

• Instalar, mantener, reparar y reemplazar maquinaria de procesamiento y envasado.
• Identificar y solucionar problemas mecánicos.
• Proporcionar soporte técnico y liderazgo de planta para cambios de equipo.
• Participar en análisis de causas raíz (Why, Why).
• Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y apoyar iniciativas de mejora continua.

We pride ourselves in serving the world by making food people love!**What We Have to Offer*** 15 days (120 hours) of vacation annually and 11 paid holidays* Opportunity to earn 12 additional Paid Days Off* Great paid time off benefits* 401(k) match* Health Insurance- Including medical, vision, dental and life* And much more!**Your Work Schedule and Shift Information****Currently hiring for 2nd and 3rd shifts*** 8-hour shifts* 2nd shift: 2:50 pm to 11:20 pm* 3rd shift: 10:50 pm to 7:20 am + Ability and willingness to work overtime, any shift, including days, nights, weekends and holidays + Plant operation is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**As part of our manufacturing team, you will:* Installing, maintaining, repairing, and replacing industrial processing and packaging machinery, work tools and equipment* Identifying and troubleshooting mechanical issues* Providing technical support and plant leadership for equipment troubleshooting and equipment modifications* Understanding, initiating, and participating in Root Cause Analysis (Why, Why)* Performing both uptime and downtime preventative maintenance* Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to increase platform performance* Assist in training new employees**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS*** High school diploma or GED* 1 year of experience in a manufacturing maintenance in industrial maintenance or a technical degree in industrial maintenance or engineering* Working knowledge of PLC, pneumatic and hydraulic systems preferred* Experience in a manufacturing production environment preferred* Must possess the ability to understand and effectively communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and others in the workplace regarding work matters (our business is generally conducted in English)* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs* Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, push, pull, and twist for extended periods* Willingness to work in hot, cold, noisy, wet, or dusty conditions* Ability to climb and/or work at heights while utilizing stairs, ladders, personnel lifts, or platforms* Ability to follow human and food safety, quality, and grooming standards* Ability to wear such as protective clothing and equipment (Personal Protective Equipment -PPE) such as safety shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard/bump cap, hair/beard net, gloves, and face masks (when required)* Ability to work around high-speed machinery and food allergens
