Job summary

Sabrosura Foods, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Technician for 2nd or 3rd shift in Monroe, WI. The role focuses on keeping production equipment and facilities safe and efficient, performing preventive maintenance per the Master Sanitation Program, and responding to emergencies on a schedule basis.

Shifts offer paid premiums: 10% for 1pm–9pm and 15% for 9pm–5am, with potential overtime and weekend work. Requires ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a strong work ethic.

• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and systems including HVAC, refrigeration, boilers, electrical, and VFDs.

Responsibilities

• Perform all scheduled PMs as assigned including Master Sanitation Program tasks.
• Perform all necessary emergency and scheduled repairs on machines.
• Maintain accurate records for PMs and sanitation program.
• Coordinate with management and factory personnel to schedule, source parts, and execute repairs.
