Job summary

W&W Dairy Inc. in Monroe, WI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform hands-on repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

This third-shift role requires 5+ years in food manufacturing or industrial maintenance, strong mechanical aptitude, CMMS experience, and safe operation of power tools. Overtime, weekend, and on-call availability are required; a $2,000 signing bonus is offered after 90 days.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Familiar with PM programs and CMMS usage.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems; safe use of power tools from 24–480 amps.
• Ability to read, write and report in English; communicates clearly.
• Able to obtain forklift certification.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and on-call as needed.
• Ability to read, interpret technical manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment to keep production running.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance (PM) tasks as assigned.
• Troubleshoot production machinery and facility systems (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing).
• Assist with installation and setup of new equipment; document tasks in CMMS.
• Support production staff to ensure safe, efficient operation of equipment.
• Conduct parts runs to local suppliers; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Assist contractors and vendors performing specialized work.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow GMP and company safety protocols.
